In an effort to maintain the accuracy and update the Companies Registry, the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property urges all registered companies to verify their registered office address, including the postal code, in the Companies Registry. If any changes are required, companies should notify the Registry using the appropriate form.
This step is necessary to ensure that companies receive all relevant information regarding matters that concern them.
Companies that have not updated their registered office address or included a postal code might have missed reminder letters about submitting the due HE32 along with the corresponding Financial Statements as part of compliance campaigns.
Please be informed that non-compliant companies are expected to receive a three-month warning publication of their deletion, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law, Cap. 113, without further notice.
